Terms and Conditions for Angels Wimbledon Cleaning Service
1. Service Agreement: By booking a cleaning service with Angels Wimbledon Cleaning Service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cleaning Equipment: Customers are required to provide a hoover and mop for the floors. Angels Wimbledon Cleaning Service will provide all other necessary cleaning supplies and equipment required for the cleaning services. Please note that if the customer fails to provide a hoover and mop, there will be an additional charge of £30 for us to provide these items.
4. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A late payment fee may be charged if the customer fails to make payment within 48 hours from the due date. If the customer does not pay within 5 days from the due date, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Late Payment Consequences: Customers are advised that a late payment fee may be incurred if payment is delayed beyond 48 hours. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within 5 days may result in legal action to recover the debt.
7. Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, Angels Wimbledon Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process.
8. Feedback: We welcome feedback from our customers to continually improve our services. Please share your comments or concerns with us.
9. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal information shared during the cleaning service.
10. Safety:
Our cleaners are trained to follow safety protocols and use high quality cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, we recommend that customers clear floors of clutter, such as pet toys, children's toys, and other items prior to our arrival.
11. Supervision: A supervisor may conduct periodic checks to ensure the quality of our cleaning services.
12. Amendments: Angels Wimbledon Cleaning Service reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
