What if my cleaner running late?Our cleaners do our best to to arrive at your agreed time. There are situations when traffic is delayed and cleaner may arrive late. Cleaners are instructed to contact you if they are stuck in traffic. Please feel free to telephone the office if you need to go and we will try to find out how far the cleaner is from your place.

What cleaning products do I need to provide?All clients must provide a mop and bucket, toilet brush, and hoover. We are providing all the cleaning supplies such as: Sanitizer Duster Floor cleaner Glass cleaner Kitchen cleaner Limescale remover Microfiber cloths Rubber gloves Sponges Toilet cleaner Washing-up liquid

Can I reschedule or cancel my clean?Our team is completely flexible until 18:00 the day before the cleaning. You can reschedule, or cancel any clean in your online account 24 hours before the appointment without incurring any fees. If you cancel or reschedule a clean after this deadline, or if your cleaner arrives but is unable to gain access or begin the clean, you will be charged the full amount.

Is the cleaner flexible about tasks to be done?Yes. The cleaner can do any reasonable cleaning related domestic task. Cleaners cannot use stepladder, hand wash or lift anything heavy . We are not able to do any work outside your premises, such as external windows, gardens or patios. For outdoor jobs, we have different service from the commercial cleaning you can book with us.

What is included in regular domestic cleaning service?We are happy to tailor the cleaning checklist to your particular instructions. Usually, dusting, hoovering, mopping, cleaning of all the surfaces and emptying rubbish bins are the part of the regular domestic cleaning. If you wish to add ironing, bed changing, laundry or target a specific area please specify.

How does payment work?All payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe, and your card information is encrypted for protection. You may update your payment information at any time by visiting the Payment card page in your online account. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payment cards.

Can I have a cleaner at weekends?Yes. we can arrange a cleaning session every day!

Can my cleaner clean whilst I'm out?All cleaners go through an 10-step verification procedure, so you can trust them to clean your home while you are away. If you schedule a frequent appointment, you can use our key pick-up and tracking service to provide them with a spare key for your next cleaning. Once they have your keys, they can clean while you're gone. Alternatively, you can leave your keys somewhere safe. Simply let us know where the keys will be when you book.

How does pricing work?You pay a fixed hourly rate that includes your cleaner's fee and our expenses. We'll calculate the number of hours required per clean based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have. However, you can select as many hours as you wish (minimum of two). You can also allocate additional time for tasks such as laundry and ironing. These are all billed at the same hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
